There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to meditation, and my teaching approach embraces this.


Meditation helps to shine a warm, caring light on the quality of our thoughts. Are we treating ourselves with compassion and care, or animosity and spite? The nature of our self-talk is important as we evolve and transition between the many stages of life. With my help, you’ll learn to become your own best friend and shed all the resistance you may be carrying into your new, liberated self.

If you’re simply looking to meet new people in a supportive community, then our group meditation sessions are for you. These classes run weekly via Zoom, and can be purchased separately or as a package. They are a gentle introduction to meditation and a great starting point.
